D.J. Gurule is entering his fourth year at the helm of the Gonzaga University women's tennis program. Gurule joined the Bulldogs athletic staff after working one year as a club professional at Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond, Ore.

Gurule also worked for four years as the head tennis professional at Broken Top in Bend, Ore., and served three seasons as the women's tennis coach at Mountain View High in Bend.

Under the guidance of Gurule, three Bulldogs have earned All-WCC accolades, including earning two nods during the 2007 campaign - a program first. In 2007, Gonzaga also landed two Bulldogs on the West Coast Conference All-Academic team.

Gurule played collegiate tennis at Pacific Lutheran University earning four varsity letters for the Lutes.
