FRESHMAN (2005-06): Signed with Phoenix College in May, 2005, and went on to play final season of professional baseball in Edmonton...averaged 17.1 ppg, going 253-for-439 from the field for 57.6 percent, 120-for-198 from the free throw line for 60.6 percent and averaged 9.9 rpg...named to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-America second team, the only freshman named to either the first or second team...also first-team Region I and Arizona Community College Athletic Association (ACCAC) selection...recorded 23 double-doubles...Phoenix advanced to NJCAA Division II National Championships for the first time since 1965, advancing to the semifinals.

SOPHOMORE (2006-07): Averaged 16.1 ppg and 8.9 rpg in earning first-team NJCAA All-America honors as Phoenix advanced to the NCJAA Division II National Championships for the second straight season, going 1-2 and finishing sixth...went 228-for-407 from the field for 56.0 percent, 42-for-107 from 3-point range for 39.3 percent, 86-for-141 from the line for 61.0 percent, averaged 2.2 assists/game, 1.5 blocks/game and 1.7 steals/game...also named to the ACCAC, NCJAA Division II Region I and NCJCAA Division II National Tournament All-Tournament teams...ranked as the 42nd best player in junior college by one scouting service.
