Baseball Closes Home Slate With LCSC, WSU

Monday and Tuesday Gonzaga University will wrap-up the home slate of the 2008 season with games against Lewis-Clark State College and Washington State University. Monday, the Zags will host the Warriors in a rescheduled contest at 6 p.m. The game was originally scheduled for April 23, but due to weather was pushed to a later date. Tuesday, GU will wrap-up a four-game season series with the Cougars at Patterson Baseball Complex and Washington Trust Field. Game time is scheduled for 6 p.m. More

Bulldog Club Honors Josten, Elliott, Zuckerman

Gonzaga University men's soccer player George Josten and women's basketball player Michelle Elliott were named the Bulldog Club Male and Female Athletes of the Year, respectively, at Wednesday's Senior Athletes Social which honored the Bulldogs 60 student-athletes who comprise the Class of 2008.

Josten and women's soccer player Lauren Zuckerman were also named the Male and Female Scholar Athletes of the Year, respectively. More

Dan Gehn Named WIRA Coach of the Year

Four Gonzaga University men's rowers were named to the All-WIRA team after the completion of its annual regatta this past weekend at Lake Natoma just outside of Sacramento, Calif. Three rowers earned first-team honors while another was tabbed for second-team accolades. Head coach Dan Gehn, in his 14th year at Gonzaga, was also named WIRA Coach of the Year for the second time in four seasons. More
